Quarterturn uses the information you choose to share to respond to inquiries, arrange calls and discuss work with you.

Visiting this website

This website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting providers process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. We do not use general visitor analytics. Optional advertising measurement is described below. This website has no contact form or user accounts.

Email and conversations

If you email Quarterturn, we receive your email address and the information in your message. We use Google Workspace to manage email and calendar information. Please describe your workflow without sending confidential client records or other sensitive information for an initial inquiry.

Booking a call

Links from our advertising may contain campaign labels or an advertising click reference. We retain those parameters in links as you navigate this visit and pass them to the booking service so we can understand where inquiries came from. This link handling does not create advertising cookies or store your browsing history.

Our booking page loads an embedded scheduler from Cal.com. Cal.com processes technical information and the details you enter to arrange your appointment and provide confirmation, cancellation and rescheduling. Booking information is shared with the connected calendar and meeting services needed for the call. Cal.com’s privacy notice applies when you use the scheduler.

Optional advertising measurement

On our booking page, you can allow or decline advertising measurement. Booking works either way. If you allow it and complete a confirmed booking in the embedded calendar, our confirmation page loads OpenAI’s advertising pixel and sends an appointment event, a pseudonymous event identifier, and an advertising click reference when available. OpenAI also receives technical request information such as your IP address and browser information. The pixel may store the click reference in a first-party cookie to attribute the booking to an ad.

We do not send your name, email, phone number, booking answers or meeting details through this integration. The pixel loads only on the confirmation page, which has no customer information fields. We request that these events be excluded from future user-level advertising personalization. Direct bookings made entirely on Cal.com are not measured by this website integration.

Your choice and a short-lived booking receipt are stored in this browser tab’s session storage. You can change the choice on the booking page before completing a booking; closing the tab clears its session storage. A conversion already sent cannot be withdrawn by changing this setting. Ad blockers, declined consent and browser restrictions may prevent measurement.

Access and retention

We use information to handle your request and any resulting working relationship. We keep it only as long as needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. The providers we use may process information outside your country. We do not sell your personal information.

Questions or requests

You can ask about the information you have shared, request a correction or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we need to retain.
